Each flavoursome and appetising meal meets the ABSSC recommended standard for both quantity and nutrition. We plan a monthly menu cycle that ensures each client receives a balanced diet with all the necessary nutrients. Special attention is paid to clients specific dietary needs and preferences including:

• Soft Diets
• Pureed Meals
• Gluten Free
• Vegetarian
• Moderate Salt
• Low Fat
• Ethnic Meals

Our ISO 9002 quality assurance system and comprehensive Hazard Analysis at Critical Control Points (HACCP) cover all aspects of production, storage and delivery to ensure the highest standards of food hygiene. BCM Community Meals firmly believe that client satisfaction is paramount. We regularly undertake customer surveys and act upon all comments and suggestions received, only by listening to our clients can we meet their expectations.

Delivery drivers take their role very seriously and are highly committed to providing a caring service. In addition to specific training (food hygiene etc.) they follow approved procedures that quickly alert them to any problems a client might be experiencing, particularly if they can not gain access to a clients home. At the end of their round each driver reports back to their supervisor and passes on all relevant information from or about their clients. This information is then collated and distributed to authorised groups including, social services, G.P. next of kin, etc.
